*MEALS INCLUDED IN FULL BOARD:

  1. DAILY BREAKFAST

  2. LUNCH: an large enriched salad buffet with various pasta dishes and appetisers.

  3. SUPPER: A traditional Italian meal, beginning with a salad buffet, including starters, main courses, and pudding. We provide separate options for various dietary preferences and allergies.

Note that on our final concert day the evening meal may be substituted by a substantial buffet-style meal at the concert venue. On arrival day only supper is included. On departure day only breakfast is included.

*Where possible, for single occupants of rooms, a large room will be offered, but this is not guaranteed - you may be allocated a single room and we cannot guarantee that everyone will have a room of equal size.
